Have you ever...

...matched your kitchen roll to one of your makes?

What do you mean 'no'!?! It's the new coolest thing to do! Don't tell me that you could have resisted this...

I only wish my Tilly Picnic Blanket Skirt had bunting on it too!

What's the craziest coolest thing you've matched to a make?

  1. Love it hahaha. Think it's better your skirt isn't as absorbent though.
My green and white polka dot makeup bag spookily matches my BHS apron but I didn't realise until after I'd made it :-)

    1. Haha, yes I'm lucky it isn't absorbent! I only found the kitchen roll after I made the skirt too!

  2. What a riot! They must have thought you daft when you first saw them in the supermarket! Squealing over a paper roll!

  3. Lol!!!! That's brilliant!!! That's the best bit of co-ordination I have ever seen. My kitchen roll is plain white, and I now feel quite inadequate!! :)

    1. Hehe! I must admit that I didn't purposefully match it...it was just awesome fluke!

  5. This is hilarious! I haven't made something to match a household item but I do have matching tea towels, oven gloves and an umbrella!!!

    1. Oh no, I'm not that sad! The skirt came first...then I randomly stumbled across the kitchen roll!

  7. My bf said that the fabric for my new trousers is the same as our wallpapers!!
The sad thing that I like my fabric but I don´t like the wall papers!

    1. As long as you like your fabric, that's all that matters ;o)

  8. OK, this is really funny! Did you just notice that or you knew, and did it on purpose? :)
I am very jealous now that I can't think of anything that matches with any of my sewn stuff!

  9. Thank you, and no, it wasn't deliberate! I made the skirt back in June and I only stumbled on the kitchen roll the other day...it was clearly just meant to be ;o)
